Taylor Bello

Taylor Bello is Chief Marketing & Operating Officer at BKREA, where she oversees the firm's marketing, communications, and operations. She leads BKREA's brand strategy, executive communications, public relations, deal marketing, business development support, and digital strategy, while building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that support the firm's people and continued growth in New York City's commercial real estate market.

Taylor has been with BKREA since its inception. As Director of Communications, she led the firm's marketing, communications, public relations, content, and brand initiatives, playing a key role in building its marketing and communications platform from the ground up. Her work included developing scalable systems and processes, strengthening BKREA's brand identity, and supporting business development and deal marketing efforts.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Taylor began her career as a public relations intern at Massey Knakal Realty Services, working under Bob Knakal. She went on to hold marketing and communications roles at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, gaining experience across brokerage, corporate communications, public relations, and marketing. She brings a perspective shaped by seeing firsthand how a strong brand, disciplined communication, and effective systems can drive a business forward.
