Deena Davoodi

Deena Davoodi is a recent graduate of NYU's Schack Institute ofReal Estate, where she studied Real Estate Finance.

Before joining BKREA, she spent a year interning in acquisitions at a New York City-based real estate investment firm. There, she analyzed active adult rental communities nationwide, supporting acquisition efforts through market research across the multifamily sector.

Through her academic and professional experience, she has built astrong foundation in financial analysis, market research, andunderwriting.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Deena is fluent in English and Farsi.

Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, trying new restaurants, and going for long walks along the West Side Highway.
