We are BK Real Estate Advisors, also known as BKREA, a new commercial brokerage company for a new age. The world is changing rapidly. Our firm will continue to utilize old-school analog tools for mapping and data collection but will layer on cutting edge technologies to create better interpretations of the data and the market to give all of our clients an advantage. That edge will lead to more options and better results.

Our Story

Bob Knakal has a history of brokering investment property sales since 1984 and, as of last week, has sold an astonishing 2,330 properties in New York, generally considered to be the highest total for any individual broker ever in the city. Those sales total approximately $22 billion.

Technology is changing the world and the rate of change, particularly in the Artificial Intelligence arena, is advancing almost weekly. Media, and especially social media, is providing faster and faster access to a rapidly growing audience. A combination of being on the cutting edge of these profound changes and knowing how to best utilize them to advantage our clients based upon our vast experience, is creating a new way commercial investment sales brokerage is being done. We hope to be the leader in the implementation of this new way to do a business that has historically been very slow to adapt to a changing environment.
